Bring home the mystery and fun* of a paleontological dig!
This kit includes everything a little paleontologist needs to explore: 3 big dig eggs, an explorer’s vest and 5 tools based on real paleontologist instruments. The reusable plastic mat makes clean-up easy – wash it in the sink and use it again and again.
To start digging, just soak each 2.25”x 4” clay dino egg in water, then chisel away to discover a T-Rex, a Stegosaurus or a Triceratops!
Vest fits most children ages 4 to 9
Includes 2 chisels, hammer, brush, sponge, magnifying glass, plastic mat, explorer’s vest, three 2.25”x 4” dig eggs, 3 collector fun-fact cards and instructions.
*Slightly messy fun. It will create chips and dust. We recommend doing this outside or putting down some sort of covering on your table to make clean-up easier.

Holiday Shipping 2023
UPS has issued a statement about the volume of packages they'll handle in the final stretch before Christmas and possible delays. We will do everything we can to make sure your items arrive in time.
To help ensure we can process your order and get it on its way, we are setting our deadline to:
Monday, Dec. 11th, 2023
Please keep this info in mind:
Gift wrapping may slow your order shipping by 24hrs.
Orders placed on or before Monday, Dec. 11th should arrive in time for Christmas.
Assume any shipping orders placed on or after Tuesday, Dec. 12th will not arrive in time.
Shipping orders will not be processed Dec. 23rd - 26th.
If you still want us to ship for you after Dec. 11th, we are more than happy to do it. Just remember the further the destination is from Edwardsville, IL, the longer it will take to arrive.
A $24.00 minimum purchase is required for shipping.
Shipping rates are based on your cart total after any discounts or coupons.
Purchase Amounts:
- $24 - $50 = $9.75 shipping
- $50.01 - $75.00 = $12.25 shipping
- $75.01 - $100.00 = $14.75 shipping
- $100.01 - $150.00 = $19.00 shipping
- $150.01 and up = $25.00 shipping
