The Yoto Player is a screen-free speaker platform that is designed with kids of all ages in mind. The easy to understand knobs, pixel display, and wealth of content means it is an audio system that will keep pace with your child’s interests.
Listen to pre-recorded cards or access Yoto’s streaming content, all from the Yoto player. Once the player and cards are set up, no grown ups are needed– Your kids can be in complete control!
The Yoto Player measures about 4.33" x 4.33" x 4.13".
Make Your Own Cards let you record your own content. Get grandparents to record bedtime stories, make a playlist from music files on your computer, or listen to your favorite radio station. Complete instructions are in the box.

Yoto’s app is a free download from the App Store or Google Play and is required for setup of your Yoto Mini and content cards.
With the Yoto App you will be able to:
- Pair cards to the Yoto player
- Play cards, even if you don’t have them with you, through the Yoto player via bluetooth
- Record your own content to blank cards
- Tune in to Yoto’s streaming “radio” stations
- Set up the clock, nightlight, and sleep functions
- Set up and play sleepy-time music or white noise
- Manage multiple Yoto players so each child in your family can have their own player
Does the Yoto require Wifi?
Yes. Wifi is required for initial setup of the Yoto Player, pairing and downloading cards, and streaming any content.
Once a card’s content has been downloaded to your Yoto Player, the player no longer needs to be connected to WiFi.
What age is the Yoto Player best for?
Yoto says the Yoto Player is best for 3 years & up. There are loads of cards with stories and songs that will appeal to younger tots, but they will need help using the player itself.
