Attention Teens! Register today for our 2nd Teen Art & Craft Fair!

Call for Artists!

Attention artists and artisans, 12 to 17 years old:

Are you crafting oodles of friendship bracelets? Are you sewing up a storm? Making pottery or carving? Are you painting, drawing, or dabbling in multi-media art? 

Then we want you to be a vendor at our 2nd Teen Art & Craft Fair!

    Saturday May 2, 2026
    11am - 2pm
  • Location:
    Happy Up Edwardsville
  • Booth Fee:
    $10 (due when you register)
  • Booth size:
    10’ x 10’

This is your chance to sell your original artwork and handmade crafts. Space is limited, so register as soon as you can!

Registration will close when the spaces are filled or on April 10th.

Details:

Vendor’s Meeting:
Monday April 13th at 6pm
at Happy Up Edwardsville

  • We require all vendors to attend the meeting. It helps to make sure this is a great event for everyone.
  • Please bring examples of your work so we can take pictures of it. We will use them to help promote the event.
  • If you are unable to attend, let us know as soon as possible so we can make alternate arrangements for you.

Fair Day: 

Saturday May 2, 2026
11am - 2pm (setup at 9:30am)
At Happy Up Edwardsville
(Alternate date May 16 in case of bad weather)

Things to Know:

  • Vendors will be responsible for their own booths and all transactions.
  • Booth size is 10 ft x 10 ft.
  • Everything must fit within your allotted booth space.
  • We will not have any large tents this year.
  • If you have a tent that will fit in your 10 ft x 10 ft space, you are welcome to use it!
  • For vendors 12 to 15 years:
    Adults must stay for the event to provide any assistance if needed.
  • For vendors 16 years & older:
    If they will need help with setup/takedown or with transactions, an adult must stay for the event.
  • We will not have staff available to assist vendors.

Things You Will Need:

  • Your own table, display, or decorated booth.
  • Your products priced and ready to sell.
  • Cash box (with enough cash to make change). 
  • Water, sunscreen, and any other items to stay comfortable during the market.
