Store Pickup

Store pickup is always free.

We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. If you need something by a specific day or time, let us know at checkout and we will do our best!

Happy Up Edwardsville:

  • Orders are usually available for next day pickup if ordered by 2pm.

Happy Up Clayton:

  • Orders are usually available for pickup within 48 hours If ordered by 2pm.
  • Some items may need to travel from our Edwardsville store and will take additional time. 

If you request gift wrapping...

Please be patient!
Depending on the volume of orders, gift wrapping may delay your pickup by 24hrs at both locations.

We will do our best to have your items wrapped and ready within the turn-around times listed above!

 

For Curbside Pickup:

Once we've let you know that your order is ready, give us a call when you arrive at the store. We'll bring your purchases out for you!

Why the difference in turn-around times?

Our Clayton location is a smaller store. We do our best to make sure the items listed on our website are in stock at both locations. From time to time, we may need to arrange for items to travel from one store to the other for you.

 


Shipping

We are more than happy to ship things for you!

A $24.00 minimum purchase is required for shipping.

Shipping rates are based on your cart total after any discounts or coupons:

  • $24 - $50 purchase: $9.75 shipping
  • $50.01 - $75.00 purchase: $12.25 shipping
  • $75.01 - $100.00 purchase: $14.75 shipping
  • $100.01 - $150.00 purchase: $19.00 shipping
  • $150.01 and up: $25.00 shipping

Some items are not eligible to ship. These items are labeled on their product page and in your cart as:
Store Pickup Only

If you do not see shipping as an option at checkout, please check if any of your items are Store Pickup Only.

Our 2022 Holiday Shipping Deadline is Monday, December 12th.

Return Policy

We aren't happy until you are!

  • With receipt or email confirmation:
    exchange, store credit, or refund to original form of payment
  • With gift receipt:
    exchange or store credit
  • Without receipt, email confirmation, or gift receipt:
    exchange or store credit

 

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Gift Certificates & Online Use

Our paper gift certificates are not redeemable online.

We can convert a paper gift certificate to online store credit. Keep in mind, once a paper certificate is converted, the store credit is for online use only and cannot be used in one of our brick & mortar stores.

Online store credit cannot be used for shipping charges.

We are not able to switch the online store credit back to a paper certificate.
