Store Pickup During the Holidays:

Store pickup is always free.

We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. If you need something by a specific day or time, let us know at checkout and we will do our best!

Happy Up Edwardsville:

  • Orders are usually available for next day pickup.
  • Some items may take longer.

Happy Up Clayton:

  • Orders are usually available for pickup within 48hrs.
  • Some items may take longer.

Why the difference in turn-around times?

Our Clayton location is a much smaller store. We do our best to make sure the items listed on our website are in stock at both locations. From time to time, we may need to arrange for items to travel from one store to the other for you.

For Curbside Pickup:

Once we've emailed that your order is ready, give us a call when you arrive at the store. We'll bring your purchases out for you!

If you won't be able to come pick up your items in a day or so...

Please let us know! Just reply to the "Your Order is Ready" email. We have limited space and it would be helpful to know which orders need to be at hand and which can be safely set aside. Thanks in advance!

A Note About Gift Wrapping:

Please be patient!

  • Depending on the volume of orders, gift wrapping may delay your pickup by 24hrs at both locations.
  • Please specify at checkout if we're wrapping for a birthday, Christmas, or Hanukkah.
  • We will do our best to have your items wrapped and ready within the turn-around times listed above!

Shipping

2020 Holiday Shipping

  • Orders placed after Dec. 10th with shipping charges paid by Dec. 14th should arrive in time for Christmas.
  • Any shipping orders placed after December 13th probably will not arrive in time.

 

If you still want us to ship for you after Dec. 13th, we're more than happy to do it. We charge what UPS or USPS charges. 

Once you've completed your order, we will contact you with the actual shipping cost and charge you separately. 

Shipping orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Return Policy

We aren't happy until you are!

  • With receipt or email confirmation:
    exchange, store credit, or refund to original form of payment
  • With gift receipt:
    exchange or store credit
  • Without receipt, email confirmation, or gift receipt:
    exchange or store credit

 

Shipping charges are not refundable.
