Catan: Junior takes place on a ring of tropical isles—including the mysterious Spooky Island, home of the Ghost Captain. It’s the perfect place for a pirate to establish an empire! Each island generates a specific resource: wood, goats, molasses, or cutlasses. You can also find gold.
Everyone starts with 2 pirate lairs, and then builds ships in order to expand their network. The more lairs you build, the more resources you may receive. Use your resources to build more ships, lairs, or to get help from the wise Coco the Parrot. You can even trade in the nearby market.
Just watch out for the dreaded Ghost Captain!
The first player to control 7 pirate lairs wins the game!
Catan: Junior lets younger players experience the world of Catan by introducing a simpler playing style. The Ghost Captain blocks your ability to collect resources, but doesn’t steal anything. The use of resource tiles instead of cards makes it easier for little hands to manage. Coco Tiles (development cards in the regular game) can be bought and used all at once.
It may be a simplified version, but the key attributes of Catan games remain: strategy, territory, resource management, and luck!

Store pickup is always free.
We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. If you need something by a specific day or time, let us know. Once you've added something to your cart, click the "View cart" button and put that info in the text box. We will do our best!
Happy Up Edwardsville:
- Orders are usually available for next day pickup if ordered by 2pm, Monday - Saturday.
- If ordered after 2pm on Saturday, your order will be ready on Monday (or the next business day in case of holidays).
Happy Up Clayton:
- Orders are usually available for next day pickup If ordered by 2pm, Tuesday - Saturday.
- Orders placed before noon on Sunday will be available for pickup on Tuesday.
- Some items may take additional time. We will contact you to let you know.
For Curbside Pickup:
Once we've let you know that your order is ready, give us a call when you arrive at the store. We'll bring your purchases out for you!

We are more than happy to ship things for you!
A $24.00 minimum purchase is required for shipping.
Shipping rates are based on your cart total after any discounts or coupons.
