This stuffed animal is a part of GUND’s Forever Friend’s Promise. Each GUND Forever Friend has a unique QR code on its tag. When you register your Forever Friend with GUND, you can access their Forever Friends Promise program.
Lost and Found: If your Forever Friend gets lost and someone finds it, they can scan the QR code to contact GUND. Then GUND will do what they can to reunite you with your lost lovey!

Registration is fast and easy:
- Locate the sewn-in tag on your Forever Friend.
- Scan the QR code on its tag using your smartphone. You’ll be redirected to GUND’s Forever Friends Registry site.
- Create an account and register your plush. This unlocks the benefits of the Forever Friends Promise!
Store Pickup
Store pickup is always free.
We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. If you need something by a specific day or time, let us know. Once you've added something to your cart, click the "View cart" button and put that info in the text box. We will do our best!
Happy Up Edwardsville:
- Orders are usually available for next day pickup if ordered by 2pm, Monday - Saturday.
- If ordered after 2pm on Saturday, your order will be ready on Monday (or the next business day in case of holidays).
Happy Up Clayton:
- Orders are usually available for next day pickup If ordered by 2pm, Tuesday - Saturday.
- Orders placed before noon on Sunday will be available for pickup on Tuesday.
- Some items may take additional time. We will contact you to let you know.
For Curbside Pickup:
Once we've let you know that your order is ready, give us a call when you arrive at the store. We'll bring your purchases out for you!

We are more than happy to ship things for you!
A $24.00 minimum purchase is required for shipping.
Shipping rates are based on your cart total after any discounts or coupons.
