How to play:

  • The Player calls out a number between 1 and 5.
  • The Reader draws a card and reads the numbered topic question to the Player.
  • The Player has 30 seconds to list off 5 things that match the topic.
  • If they can do it, they keep the card.

First player to collect 5 cards wins!

Happy Up Note:
Some of the categories are super easy. Others are VERY specific. If you haven’t seen that TV show or know that sports team, it can be nearly impossible. It adapts well to house rules (like allowing a certain number of passes per game) and to playing in teams.

If you have the original Name 5 board game, you can use these cards with it to freshen up the deck. The card game questions/topics are completely different from the ones in the board game.
